This feature is useful if you have a 2-night minimum on Airbnb or VRBO but then have a 1-night orphan period between bookings, you can create a pricing rule to allow that one night to be booked. This can also be used to increase your occupancy by opening up your calendar for one-night bookings if you still have availability and the dates are getting close.

  1. Create a new pricing rule.

  2. Specify which date you want the pricing rule to apply to (ie. floating window, specific dates, orphan periods, etc.)

  3. Open the drop-down menu under "Options", scroll to the bottom and select the "Set Minimum Nights" option.

Warning: Using the minimum night feature will overwrite all existing minimum night calendar rules that exist on Airbnb or VRBO for this listing.
