Go into a listing's settings by visiting the Settings page and clicking the small gear next to the listing you want to adjust prices on.

Click the gear button that appears to the right of the listing name to go into that listing's settings.

Choose what channel (Airbnb, VRBO, Houfy) you want to copy prices from, from the drop-down menu under “base price.”

Once you have the channel picked as your source (base price), Host Tools will copy prices to any linked listings.
