You can send scheduled*, automated messages as e-mails to guests who booked your property directly through you. You will just need to manually add their reservation to your calendar.

  1. On the pricing calendar, click and drag across the dates of the reservation.

  2. Select “Create Reservation” and write in the guest’s name and e-mail address. If you include the guest's phone number, Host Tools can also set their door code on any connected Smart Lock.

  3. Hit Save!

    *This does not include any booking confirmation messages. Host Tools will only send scheduled messages. Scheduled messages are based on predictable triggers, for example, 3 days before check-in. Host Tools will not send messages to these guests based on unpredictable triggers, for example, an inquiry or a cancellation.
