If you would like to automatically block dates on a listing across all your connected channels (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Houfy) when you get a new reservation, you can enable availability syncing. You will first need to link the listings so that Host Tools recognizes the listings as the same property. Follow the steps below to enable availability syncing:
Click on your profile photo in the upper right-hand corner.
Click on "Settings".
Scroll down to find one of the listings you want to sync availability on and click the "Settings" button next to it.
Check the box next to "ENABLE LISTING"
Make sure the box next to "MESSAGE ONLY" under the "advanced" menu is unchecked.
Click "Save".
It is important to note that this makes Host Tools your "parent calendar." This means that Host Tools will only pull actual reservations from each of your connected channels (Airbnb, VRBO, etc).
Host Tools will not recognize any blocked days from those calendars and will open them back up. Any dates you want blocked need to be blocked directly on the Host Tools calendar.
