Click on your profile photo in the upper right-hand corner.
Click on "Settings"
Choose "Smart Locks" from the menu on the left,
Click "Link Account"
Then, you can choose to add an August account for an August lock or a Seam account for all other locks we connect with.
There are lots of Smart Locks out there, so it can be overwhelming to choose one. This is the August lock we personally use on all of our listings. This lock is easy to use and integrates perfectly with Host Tools. We also like that it saves guest codes with check-in and check-out times on the lock. This means that if the power goes out, or if your property loses internet, guests can still enter your rental. Additionally, you can program the smart lock to automatically lock the door when closed, so you don’t have to worry about guests forgetting to lock up.
