Sometimes you will want to allow your guest to check in early or check out late. You can edit the time the lock code will work using the Host Tools' app or from the website.

Click on the reservation to open the reservation details and click "edit."

Choose the new check-in or check-out time. Host Tools will auto-adjust the time that the guest's door code is active AND will update the "check-in time" or "check-out time" tag you have in any automated message rules.
