A message rule is a set of criteria that is used to determine if and when to send a guest a message. Messages are sent based on unpredictable events such as a new inquiry, booking, cancelation, etc. or predictable events such as 2 days before check-in.
Message rules tell Host Tools when to send messages on your behalf.
