This is how you pause a message rule so that, that message is no longer sent to any guests in that listing. If you only want to disable the rule for a specific guest you can read this article about disabling a message.

  1. Click on "Messaging" in the header menu.

  2. Choose the listing or listing group you want to pause the message rule for.

  3. Scroll down to find the message you want to pause.

  4. Click the "Actions" button on the bottom of the rule.

  5. Click the "Pause" button
