1. Click "Messaging" from the header menu.

  2. Choose the listing group or specific listing you want to create the message for.

  3. Click "Add Rule" in the top right-hand corner.

  4. From the "Templates" drop-down menu you can scroll down to see all the rules you have saved for each listing.

  5. Click on the rule you want to copy and it will fill out all of the fields with that rule's information.
