How do I send a message on a specific day of the week?

How to only send a message to guests staying in your listing on a specific day of the week.

  1. Click "Messaging" from the header menu.

  2. Choose the listing group or specific listing you want to create the message for.

  3. Click "Add Rule" in the top right-hand corner.

  4. Click on the drop-down menu under "Event"

  5. Choose "When Occupied"

  6. Choose what day of the week you want to send a message on from the drop-down menu under "Day of the Week"

  7. Alternatively, if your message is regarding trash you can choose "Take Out the Trash" from the templates drop-down menu and then edit the message as you'd like.
