How you can use Host tools to push prices from a pricing tool to all of your listings.

  1. Set the pricing tools to adjust prices on any connected channel EXCEPT for Airbnb or Booking.com. So, for example, set Wheelhouse to set your prices on your VRBO or Houfy listing.

  2. Choose "VRBO" or "Houfy" as your "price source" in the listing's settings on Host Tools. This will make Host Tools grab your prices from the channel (which were set by your tool) and then push those prices to all listings that are linked to it.

  3. If you want your prices adjusted on each channel you can set channel-specific pricing rules on Host Tools to modify prices. For example, you can set Airbnb prices to be 5% lower than VRBO prices. Then we would import your Beyond pricing daily prices from VRBO, decrease them by 5%, and push them to Airbnb.
