The integration between Host Tools and PriceLabs allows you to use PriceLabs's dynamic pricing and minimum night requirements, on all properties you have connected to Host Tools. Each single Host Tools listing may include linked Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and Houfy listings. This way you will only be charged by PriceLabs for each Host Tool's listing, instead of being charged for every channel your property is listed on.
To integrate PriceLabs into your Host Tools account, you will need to follow the below steps on Host Tools and Pricelabs.
From Host Tools
Make sure that your listings are linked. Linking listings tells Host Tools that a property you have on multiple channels is the same listing. For example, if you have an apartment listed on Airbnb, VRBO, and Houfy you will need to link those three listings so that Host Tools recognizes them as one listing, not three separate listings. Read this article for step-by-step instructions for linking your listings.
Choose "PriceLabs" as the price source in your listing's settings.
Copy your API access token from the bottom of your setting's page.
From PriceLabs
Log into PriceLabs, or create an account if you do not already have one. You will need an account with PriceLabs to use them to set your prices on Host Tools.
Click "+ add listings" in the upper right-hand corner.
Select "Host Tools" from the list.
Paste the Host Tools API access token in the "auth token" box and click connect.
PriceLabs will now download your listings from Host Tools. You can read more about configuring your dynamic pricing settings on the PriceLabs Help Center.
If you already were using PriceLabs with Airbnb, VRBO, or another channel and want to copy your settings over to your Host Tools listings follow these steps:
Click the "dynamic pricing" menu on the header bar.
Choose "manage listings" from the drop-down menu.
Click "map" next to the Host Tools listing.
Choose the corresponding Airbnb (or another channel) listing to copy your setting over.
From the Review Prices page turn your Host Tools listings on and turn your old listings off. This way you are only charged for each new Host Tools listing and Host Tools will push your PriceLabs dynamic prices to all of your different channels.

If you'd like to raise or lower rates on different channels you can create a channel-specific pricing rule on Host Tools. Many people add 3% to their VRBO listings, for example, to account for extra fees. Check out this blog post to read more about Host Tools' pricing and availability rules in detail.
