The auto-review feature is set up as a message rule. Follow the steps in this article to create a message rule.

Choose the "review guest rule" template from the templates drop-down menu.

The message's triggering event and text will fill out for you. Make any changes you'd like and don't forget to hit "save."

The message will only send to the guest if they have not yet left you a review when this review is sent out. The message to the guest asking for a review will not send if the guest has already reviewed you.

Important to note, if you set the review to trigger too soon, Airbnb will not allow you to leave the review. The review can only be left during Airbnb's "review period." For this reason, we recommend leaving the review to send out a day after check-out, or later.
