How to manually add a reservation to your Host Tools calendar.

You can send automated messages as e-mails to guests who book your property directly through you. You will just need to manually add their reservation to your Host Tools calendar.

  1. On the pricing calendar, click and drag across the dates of the reservation.

  2. Select “Create Reservation” and write in the guest’s name and e-mail address. If you include the guest's phone number, Host Tools can also set their door code on any connected Smart Lock.

  3. Hit Save!

4. All messages, including booking confirmation messages will send to this guest. You can see the sent messages with these guests in your inbox. However guest replies will go to your email, they will not come to your Host Tools inbox.
