Before you accept a booking or answer an inquiry, you can open the guest's Airbnb profile straight from the Host Tools inbox. The profile shows the guest's reviews from past hosts, how many trips they've taken, whether their ID is verified, and how long they've been on Airbnb.

Open the Inbox and select the guest's conversation. This works for both reservations and inquiries.

Open the menu at the top of the conversation.

Click View guest's Airbnb profile. The profile opens in a new browser tab on airbnb.com.

💡 Airbnb only shows guest profiles to people who are logged in. If Airbnb asks you to log in, sign in with your Airbnb host account and the profile will load.

Why don't I see the option for a conversation?

It only appears for Airbnb guests, and only once Host Tools has the guest's Airbnb account on file. Conversations from other channels and Airbnb support threads don't have it. For an older inquiry, the option shows up the next time the conversation updates.

Can I see the guest's reviews inside Host Tools?

No. Airbnb doesn't share guest reviews with partner apps, so Host Tools links you to the profile on airbnb.com instead.
