Summary
Manage your Airbnb listing settings directly from Host Tools, including fees, cancellation policies, non-refundable discounts, and more. You can also monitor your listing quality and apply Airbnb opportunities from the Quality Dashboard.
Accessing your Airbnb settings
Host Tools is a partner with Airbnb, which means that we have a seamless connection to your Airbnb accounts. You can easily adjust all of your Airbnb settings on Host Tools if you choose a full connection by enabling pricing and availability.
Click on your profile picture in the upper right-hand corner and choose Settings from the drop-down menu.
Go to
Settings > Channelsand click Airbnb next to the listing whose settings you'd like to adjust.
This will open up a pop-up where you can customize all of your Airbnb settings.
Managing fees
To add a pet fee, cleaning fee, linen fee, or another fee, press the + sign next to standard fees. Then, choose the fee and amount you would like to add and hit Save. This will now be adjusted on Airbnb.
Setting a non-refundable discount
Encourage more committed bookings by offering guests a discount when they choose a non-refundable cancellation policy. In your Airbnb channel settings, look for the Non-refundable discount field and enter a percentage (0-99%). Guests who select the non-refundable option during checkout will see this discount applied to their total.
Setting the discount to 0% disables the non-refundable option for guests.
Airbnb Quality Dashboard
Monitor your Airbnb listing performance directly from Host Tools. The Quality Dashboard is available from Settings > Channels by selecting your Airbnb account and clicking Quality Dashboard. From the dashboard you can:
View your listing quality scores and ratings
Read guest review summaries
See active issues affecting your listings
Browse and apply Airbnb opportunities and promotions directly from Host Tools
