Beyond Pricing is a little different than any other price source. They have a way to connect directly to Airbnb and other channels to set prices, even when Host Tools is connected to the channel. This is unique as most channels do not allow you to have both a PMS (like Host Tools) and pricing software connected. There are two ways to use Beyond pricing with Host Tools.
Choose Beyond Pricing as your price source on Host Tools and then go to Beyond Pricing and set them up to set prices directly on all your channels.
Set Beyond Pricing to set your prices on just VRBO, and then choose VRBO as your price source. We will then grab the prices from VRBO and set them on all connected channels. This option is good if you want your prices to be different on each channel. You can set channel-specific pricing rules on Host Tools to modify prices. For example, you can set Airbnb prices to be 5% lower than VRBO prices. Then we would import your Beyond pricing daily prices from VRBO, decrease them by 5%, and push them to Airbnb.
