Host Tools integrates with Seam.co in order to connect smart locks to your listings so we can automatically set door codes for every new reservation.

Seam charges Host Tools a monthly fee for each connected lock that we must pass on directly to the user. You are charged $3 a month for every lock that is connected to an enabled listing.

If you have one lock that is linked to several different listings, you are only charged for one lock a month. If you have three different locks linked to the same listing, you are charged for three locks a month.

If you connect an August lock by connecting an August account and do not use Seam, then your lock is included in the "Pro" price and does not have an extra monthly charge. This is because we are able to connect to August at no additional cost.
