From the "Settings" page, click on "Data Export" on the menu on the left. You can then use the drop-down menu under "edit columns" to choose which data to display.
We can only export one year of data at a time, and can adjust the dates in the "date range."
Including canceled reservations
The CSV export now includes canceled reservations by default. This gives you a complete picture of all booking activity for your records and accounting purposes.
Reservation date columns
Four date columns are available in the Edit columns picker to help you track when reservations moved through each stage:
Confirmation Date — when the reservation was confirmed
Inquiry Date — when the guest first made an inquiry
Pending Date — when the reservation entered a pending state
Cancellation Date — when the reservation was cancelled
Dates are formatted consistently with all other date columns in the export. This is great way to easily see your most recently created reservations.
Jump here from a dashboard widget
You can open this export already filtered from your Dashboard. On revenue and booking widgets, open the widget's header menu and choose View Detail. Host Tools opens the Data Export page pre-filtered to that widget's date range, the listings you had selected, and the reservation statuses that widget represents — for example, a bookings widget opens filtered to accepted and pending-payment reservations.
Your date range, listing selection, and status filters are stored in the page's web address, so you can bookmark the filtered view or share the link with a teammate and they will see the same set of reservations.
You can adjust any of these filters once the export opens — change the dates, add or remove listings, or select different statuses (including pending payment) from the status filter.
