Some users want to create a custom tag to insert into messages. A reason to do this would be if you change a lockbox code once a month and it follows a certain algorithm, such as 2 digits for the month followed by a random number.
Browse to the "Settings" page under your profile picture.
Scroll down to the "Custom Message Tags" section and click "Add Tag".
