When you are creating a message rule, you have the option to choose that the message is only sent if there is an available night before a guest's reservation or after a guest's reservation.
You can create separate rules that send separate messages to guests for an earlier check-in or later check-out, or you can create a rule like the example below that sends one message if there is a vacancy either before or after a reservation
Please note that you can only choose these options if the message will be sent based on a guest's check-in or check-out event.
