Summary

Keep a pulse on new reservations without hunting through filters. The Recent Bookings widget shows your 20 most recently confirmed reservations, sorted by confirmation date, so you can see what's just come in across all your listings at a glance.

Adding the widget to your dashboard

  1. Open Dashboard from the main navigation.

  2. Click Add Widget.

  3. Under the Operations category, select Recent Bookings.

  4. Click Add to place the widget on your dashboard.

You can resize and reposition the widget by dragging it anywhere on your dashboard.

Understanding the widget columns

Each row represents one accepted reservation, sorted by confirmation date with the most recent first:

  • Created — the date the booking was confirmed.

  • Listing — the name of the property.

  • Guest — the guest's full name.

  • Check-in — the guest's scheduled arrival date.

  • Nights — the total length of stay.

  • Revenue — the total payout for the booking, shown in your account currency.

  • Channel — the booking source (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and so on), displayed as a channel logo.

Only accepted reservations are shown. The widget always displays the 20 most recently confirmed bookings regardless of the date filter applied to other dashboard widgets.

What if no bookings appear?

"No recent bookings" appears when there are no accepted reservations in your account. This can happen if your listings are not yet connected to any channels or if no reservations have been confirmed yet.
