Summary
The Check-ins and Check-outs widgets list the guests arriving or departing across all your listings for the date range you've selected on your dashboard. Each row shows the guest's listing, name, length of stay, and booking channel, so you can see who's coming and going for any period you're looking at.
💡 These widgets follow your dashboard's selected date range. If you want a fixed rolling view of just the next 7 days, use the Upcoming Check-ins and Upcoming Check-outs widgets instead.
Adding the widgets to your dashboard
Open Dashboard from the main navigation.
Click Add Widget.
Under the Operations category, select Check-ins, Check-outs, or both.
Click Add to place the widget on your dashboard.
You can resize and reposition the widgets by dragging them anywhere on your dashboard.

Understanding the widget columns
Each row represents one reservation:
Date — the check-in or check-out date, shown in the listing's local timezone.
Listing — the name of the property.
Guest — the guest's full name.
Nights — the total length of stay.
Channel — the booking source (Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and so on).
Choosing the date range
The widgets show check-ins or check-outs that fall within the date range selected at the top of your dashboard. Change that range — for example to look ahead to a busy week or back over last month — and both widgets update to match.
What if no reservations appear?
If the widget shows "No check-ins in the selected period" (or check-outs), there are no reservations arriving or departing within the date range you've chosen. Try widening the range on your dashboard to see more.
