Summary

Stay ahead of back-to-back guests by spotting same-day turnovers in one place. The Same-Day Turnovers widget shows every day in the next 30 days where a guest checks out and another checks in at the same listing — so you can make sure cleaning is scheduled and the property is ready before the next arrival.

Adding the widget to your dashboard

  1. Open Dashboard from the main navigation.

  2. Click Add Widget.

  3. Under the Operations category, select Same-day Turnovers.

  4. Click Add to place the widget on your dashboard.

You can resize and reposition the widget by dragging it anywhere on your dashboard.

Understanding the widget columns

Each row represents one same-day turnover at a single listing:

  • Date — the date of the turnover, shown in the listing's local timezone.

  • Listing — the name of the property.

  • Out guest — the guest checking out on that date.

  • In guest — the guest checking in on that date.

Rows are sorted by date in ascending order, covering a rolling 30-day window from today.

💡 Pro tip: Use this widget alongside your turnover calendar to coordinate cleaning crews on high-pressure days where checkout and check-in overlap at the same property.

What if no same-day turnovers appear?

If the widget shows "No same-day turnovers in next 30 days", there are no accepted reservations with a checkout and a check-in on the same date at the same listing within the next 30 days. Only accepted reservations are included — pending or cancelled reservations are not shown.
