Summary

The Upcoming Check-ins and Upcoming Check-outs widgets give you a rolling 7-day view of accepted reservations arriving or departing across all your listings. At a glance you can see each guest's name, listing, length of stay, and booking channel — so you're always prepared for the week ahead.

Adding the widgets to your dashboard

  1. Open Dashboard from the main navigation.

  2. Click Add Widget.

  3. Under the Operations category, select Upcoming Check-ins, Upcoming Check-outs, or both.

  4. Click Add to place the widget on your dashboard.

You can resize and reposition the widgets by dragging them anywhere on your dashboard.

Understanding the widget columns

Each row in the widget represents one accepted reservation:

  • Date — the check-in or check-out date, shown in the listing's local timezone.

  • Listing — the name of the property.

  • Guest — the guest's full name.

  • Nights — the total length of stay.

  • Channel — the booking source (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and so on).

Rows are sorted by date in ascending order, so the most imminent arrival or departure appears first. The window always runs from today through the next 7 days.

What if no reservations appear?

If the widget shows "No upcoming check-ins in next 7 days" (or check-outs), there are no accepted reservations in your portfolio for that 7-day window. Only reservations with accepted status are included — pending or cancelled reservations are not shown.
