Steps for creating a pricing rule. Read more about pricing rules here.
Click "Pricing" in the header menu.
Choose the listing you want to create a pricing rule for.
Click the blue "Add Rule" button underneath the graph of your prices.
To start from a template, use the Host Tools Templates card to the right of the form: pick one of the calendar rule templates, or pick one of your existing rules to copy its details. On a narrow screen, the Calendar Rule Template drop-down is at the top of Rule Details instead.
đĄ Templates are offered only when you add a new rule. When you edit an existing rule, you change its settings directly.
Switching to another listing
The trail above your prices reads Home > Pricing followed by the listing you are looking at. Click that listing name to open a searchable list of your listings and pick a different one: its calendar, price graph and rules load in place, so you do not have to go back to the "Pricing" menu. On a phone, tap the listing name at the top of the screen to open the same list.
