Every user gets a 14-day free trial, no credit card needed. After that, Host Tools has different pricing plans with monthly and yearly payment options.
Host Tools has two types of plans: messaging and Pro. Messaging only includes messaging guests and seeing their reservations on one calendar. Pro includes syncing calendars across channels, syncing your listing content to your channels, publishing a listing to a new channel, multi-user management, Smart lock integrations, a direct booking site builder, AI tools for responding to guests, and much more.
On a listing on the Messaging plan, the Sync Listing Content toggle in the listing's settings and the Publish buttons in Connect Channels show a Pro badge and can't be turned on. Moving to the Messaging plan turns off content sync, pricing sync and availability sync on your listings.
A listing can be on any channel at no extra cost. If you have three apartments that you manage and all three apartments are listed on multiple channels (Airbnb, VRBO, Houfy, etc.) you will pay for three listings.
If you connect a Smart Lock via Seam.co to Host Tools, you are charged an additional $3/month for every lock that is linked to an enabled listing.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no contracts.
