Steps for creating a pricing rule. Read more about pricing rules here.
Click "Pricing" in the header menu.
Choose the listing you want to create a pricing rule for.
Click the blue "Add Rule" button underneath the graph of your prices.
You can use a pricing template, or choose to copy a rule you have for another listing from the drop-down "Templates" menu.
