Host Tools

Make sure you are logged into the Airbnb account you want to connect on your computer. 

Go to HostTools.com and click on your profile picture in the upper-right hand corner.

Choose “link account” from the drop-down menu and then choose "Airbnb".

Make sure you are familiar with the <a href="https://help.hosttools.com/en/articles/6289414-what-will-change-on-my-airbnb-account-when-i-connect-it-to-host-tools" target="_blank">changes that will be made on your listings</a> by Airbnb once you connect your account. 

To add additional Airbnb accounts, make sure you are logged into the next Airbnb account you want to link, not the one you’ve already connected, and then follow the same steps. 

You can <a href="https://help.hosttools.com/en/articles/6066197-how-do-i-connect-my-booking-com-account" target="_blank">connect Booking.com</a>, VRBO, and Houfy accounts via <a href="https://help.hosttools.com/en/articles/5105349-how-do-i-connect-a-new-channel-airbnb-vrbo-or-houfy" target="_blank">direct integration</a> as well. 

You can <a href="https://help.hosttools.com/en/articles/5104803-how-can-i-import-reservations-from-other-channels-or-my-personal-calendar" target="_blank">connect other platforms, such as TripAdvisor, Agoda, etc, or a personal website using an iCal link</a>.

1. Make sure you are logged into the Airbnb account you want to connect on your computer.

3. Choose “link account” from the drop-down menu and then choose "Airbnb".
